Foreceipt is a cash tracking mobile app we've created an integration with. You can connect your Foreceipt account with your Alka account and update your ledger in real time right from your phone.
If you don't have a Foreceipt account yet, download the app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the in-app instructions to create an account with the same email you used to log into Alka.
<aside> 💡 Warning: Make sure to "Sign in with email" instead of "Sign in with Google" when creating a Foreceipt account for the integration to work.

Once you have your Foreceipt account ready, trigger the Omnibar (cmd + k) inside Alka and search for Link new account > Foreceipt, then follow the connection flow.
To modify your cash accounts in Foreceipt, log into their website and create or edit your accounts from their web dashboard. Once this is done, you should see your accounts updated instantly inside Alka.
Whenever you have a cash transaction, open your Foreceipt app and do one of the following:
Take a photo of a receipt right from the app to automatically create a transaction. The photo will be uploaded as an attachment to your transaction inside Alka.
